Matthew Buckman, FLMI, PMP - CEO

Matt was a consultant and then director of a consulting practice before serving in senior management of several major Atlanta-based financial institutions. He has spent the last thirteen years in consulting services and is now serving as President of SunTech. He has over twenty years of practical experience in the management of large-scale software development projects for global corporations such as AT&T, Delta Air Lines, Bellsouth/Cingular, Lockheed Martin, JEA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. He has managed the development and integration of Personal and Commercial Lines insurance processing systems, 401(k) pension recordkeeping system, data warehouse applications and association management software. He is a certified Project Management Professional and provides Quality Assurance consulting for the RUP software development methodology.

Iftikhar Ahmed - Chief Technology Officer

After earning a PhD in computer science, Ifty worked for a company called Docunet where he was among the pioneer software designers for ticket reservation and printing ATM's. Delta Technologies, the technology arm of Delta Air Lines, then employed him as technical specialist. At Delta Technologies, he developed data warehouse tools and methodology that reduced Delta's Y2K efforts and wrote tools that significantly enhanced code writers' abilities to find problem areas and fix them. Since 2000, he has served as the CEO of GloTech, Inc. and developed a comprehensive set of web enabled applications for non-profit and for profit associations.

Ifty has authored numerous white papers; most significant among them is "Reducing Complexity of Large Systems" - he used his knowledge of this concept to reduce Delta's revenue closing time from 10 days to 3 days, this enabled Delta to achieve millions of dollars of cost savings. He has had publications in ACM and other journals and has been a guest speaker at various international conferences.
